It was recently renovated, which made it look brand new with all new furniture and interiors. the rooms were spacious, clean and some had a nice view of the city and its main attraction. the staff was the best aspect of this place as the owners and their family treated guests with special care and were always helpful. They spoke English and were very friendly, which made me feel comfortable and appreciated.
The hotel did not offer many activities on site, which made it hard to stay entertained for long periods. the location was not very central, which meant that it took time and money to travel to the main attractions of the city.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, and the interiors were well-designed with all-new furniture. The hotel provided us with asuper clean and cozy space for our vacation. The staff was friendly and sweet, speaking English and always eager to help us with anything we needed. We enjoyed a great breakfast and were pleased with the hotel facilities.
Nothing, it is perfect.

During our Easter break, we had a fantastic experience staying at a new hotel with stunning views of the city and its famous statue. The interiors were well designed, and the rooms were spacious and immaculately clean. The helpful staff, especially the owners, went above and beyond to make our stay special. We enjoyed the convenient location near key attractions and transportation. Plus, it was a great advantage that the hotel had all new furniture.
Although we loved our stay, we did encounter minor issues in some of the rooms. connecting to the wifi was a bit difficult, but the staff was always willing to help resolve any problems.

Our family had an incredible stay at this hotel! the location is perfect with breathtaking views of the city and surrounding areas. the rooms are spacious, well-designed, and full of new furniture. the bathroom was impeccable and the service was outstanding. the breakfast was delicious with a range of choices to suit all tastes. the staff were always available to help and very friendly. We loved the attention to detail and the extra facilities such as a pool and gym on site.
There was some noise in the evening that could have been avoided. this is a minor issue and did not detract from our overall experience at the hotel.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I must say, it was an amazing experience! The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, with a stunning view of the city and El Cristo de la Concordia. The staff here are incredibly friendly and treat their guests like royalty. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome drink and a smile. The amenities in the room such as air conditioning, a sitting area, and a terrace made my stay even more comfortable. I was also impressed with the free toiletries, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV provided. The attention to detail was truly exceptional.
This place is definitely a hidden gem that I would highly recommend to my friends.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. New furniture, well-designed interiors, and spacious rooms. Very clean, with a nice view of the city and El Cristo de la Concordia. The staff, including the owners and their family, treat guests as special. Nicole and Alvaro are friendly and helpful.
Nothing, all excellent.
